About the Artist

I moved to Reno in 2014 from Omaha, Nebraska, which for me, was very exciting.

After the move, I decided to try my hand at watercolor, and with no formal training, I joined a watercolor class at Del Webb Sierra Canyon with a professional teacher Eva Nichols.

As I started the classes, I found out that I had a talent for this media. My interests are old barns, ghost towns, abstracts, and alcohol ink, as well as blank notecards, whose images are copies of the original paintings.

My paintings are currently being shown at the Artist Co-Op Gallery, where I was inducted as a member in 2019. I am also a member of the Sierra Watercolor Society and try to show my works at other venues
